Abstract


На протяжении десятилетий проводятся исследования, направленные на возможность замещения у больных СД типа 1 утраченной функци и островков поджелудочной железы, восстановления функции инсулярного аппарата поджелудочной железы и нормальной регуляции углеводного обмена. Научные исследования проводятся по нескольким направлениям: аллогенная трансплантация поджелудочной железы или ее фрагментов; пересадка островко в поджелудочной железы, полученных от аллогенного или ксеногенного донора; разработка и создание искусственной поджелудочной железы.
